yoursoul diary offers premium features through paid subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store or Google Play Store:

Billing: Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies
Feature Access: Premium features are available only during active subscription periods

Pricing and subscription terms are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by yoursoul diary and protected by intellectual property laws:

All App content, features, and functionality are our exclusive property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal journaling purposes
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

Data Security and Backup

You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature

Limitation of Liability

System downtime or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

You violate these Terms
Your use of the App poses a risk to other users or our systems
We are required to do so by law or court order
We discontinue the App service

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains yours to manage.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time:

Continued Use: Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
